Il nostro pilota Manuel Monni fa sua l’Assoluta a Pietra Montecorvino in provincia di Foggia.

Il terzo e quarto round degli Assoluti d’Italia di Enduro è stato dominato da Manuel Monni, il pilota delle Fiamme Oro nel Day One è arrivato terzo ma si è poi scatenato nella giornata seguente andando a vincere l’Assoluta.

Monni continua anche a dominare la sua classe e con queste due nuove vittorie di giornata si pone al comando nella classifica provvisoria dell’Assoluta e a capo della classe E3 con punteggio pieno.

Un altro podio arriva dal campione in carica della classe E1 Eero Remes che qui in Italia partecipa alla classe dedicata agli stranieri e nella somma delle due giornate di gara il pilota finlandese giunge terzo.

Il giovane Oliver Nelson nella giornata di sabato ha sofferto il terreno di Pietramontecorvino, ma nella giornata di domenica ha fatto registrare ottimi tempi nel cross test e estreme test che lo hanno fatto concludere al 5 posto nella classifica stranieri.

“Durante il primo giorno di gara ho commesso qualche errore di troppo nella Linea ma soprattutto nell’estrema. Al termine della giornata sono arrivato terzo Assoluto ma sapevo che potevo giocarmela con i primi e così è stato, il giorno seguente è andata bene e sono riuscito a vincere Assoluta e ancora la classe”.

EERO REMES
“Dopo la parentesi di Lignano si è tornati a correre una gara di vero enduro. Qui per me è stato un buon allenamento in previsione della prima prova del mondiale dove si inizierà a fare sul serio”.

“During the first day of competition I made too many mistakes in the line but especially in the extreme. At the end of the day I finished third absolute but I knew that I could be fighting with the first, and so it was, the next day went well and I managed to win the Absolute and even the class. ”
