Quinto appuntamento mondiale per la Supermoto per la seconda volta nella stagione si torna in Spagna nei pressi di Valencia.

Il team Tm Factory Racing si presenta a questo appuntamento senza Tony Klem a causa di un piccolo infortunio patito durante una sessione di allenamento, niente di serio ma che non gli ha permesso di scendere in pista.

Thomas Chareyre è subito velocissimo, il francese riesce a trovare il giusto feeling con la pista spagnola ed ottiene una grandissima pole position.

Al via della prima manche Thomas è rapidissimo a prendere la testa della gara, Chareyre dopo aver studiato i suoi avversari per qualche giro senza prendere grossi rischi ha deciso di allungare andando a vincere con 17 secondi di vantaggio sul primo degli inseguitori.

Nella seconda manche al primo giro Thomas è stato toccato da un avversario che ha provato a passarlo con una manovra scellerata, Chareyre ha perso diverse posizioni ritrovandosi in sesta posizione.

Thomas non si è perso d’animo e con una grandissima rimonta ha chiuso al secondo posto riuscendo ad arrivare a pochi secondi dal leader.

Grazie a questi due importanti risultati Thomas Chareyre torna leader del mondiale.
