INTERNAZIONALI D'ITALIA – Montevarchi

Siamo giunti alla terza e ultima gara degli Internazionali d’Italia per il Team Ricci Racing è stato un fine settimana di grandi soddisfazioni.
Nella classe 125 Lorenzo Ravera si è aggiudicato il titolo con una superba prestazione, nella prima manche ha conquistato una splendida vittoria, nella seconda heat ha corso con intelligenza finendo quarto aggiudicandosi la vittoria, Morgan Lesiardo ha chiuso con l’undicesimo posto.
La classe 300 2T ha visto la terza vittoria per Samuele Bernardini che si è portato a casa la tabella di vincitore.
Christopher Valente nella Mx2 ha migliorato le sue prestazioni correndo una buona manche, in classifica ha ottenuto il 17° posto.
Sfortuna per Davide Guarneri nella classe Mx1 il pilota bresciano dopo l’ottimo quinto tempo in prova nelle prime battuta della manche a causa di un contatto con un avversario è caduto ripartendo nelle ultime posizioni, Davide con una buona rimonta ha tagliato il traguardo in 13° piazza.
Nella super finale Davide Guarneri dopo una buona partenza è stato co-stretto al ritiro per un problema meccanico, Valente ha finito la sua gara nelle retrovie.
Il team Ricci Racing si prepara per la prima doppia trasferta mondiale in Qatar e Thailandia.
Ilario Ricci commenta così la gara:”Sono molto contento del risultato di Ravera e Bernardini sono stati veramente bravi, peccato per Guarneri, nella prima manche poteva fare veramente bene, continuiamo a lavorare per preparare al meglio le prime due gare di mondiale.”
Davide Guarneri commenta così la gara:”Giornata sfortunata, ottime prove con il quinto tempo e molto vicino ai primi, prima manche buona partenza e nel triplo mi sono toccato con Searle ma ho tenuto comunque i tempi dei primi, finendo 13°, nella Elite il cancello è sceso in maniera anomala e non ho avuto una buona partenza, poi il problema tecnico mi ha costretto al ritiro..”
Today the third and last race of the Italian Series took place in Montevarchi and this weekend was really satisfactory for Ricci Racing Team.
In the 125 class Lorenzo Ravera won the title thanks to a great performance. In the first manche he obtained a wonderful victory and in the second one he raced brightly finishing 4th, winning the overall race. Morgan Lesiardo finished 11th.
In the 300 2S class, Samuele Bernardini obtained his 3rd victory, winning the title.
In Mx2 Christopher Valente improved his performance racing a good manche and finishing 17th.
In Mx1, Davide Guarnery was very unlucky. After having obtained the 5th fastest laptime in the morning, in the first minutes of the first manche he crashed because of a contact with another rider and thanks to an aggressive recover, he caught up many positions finishing 13th. In the Super Final, Davide Guarneri had a good start but he was forced to abandon because of a mechanical problem. Valente didn’t have a good race and didn’t show his riding skills.
Ricci Racing Team is now organising the first two overseas races of the World Championship in Qatar and Thailand.
Ilario Ricci, Team Manager: “I’m really happy of Ravera’s and Bernardini’s performances. They raced really well. Instead, Guarneri could have obtained better results in the first race… we keep on working hard in order to do our best in the first two races of the World Championship.”
Davide Guarneri: “Today I was really unlucky. I obtained a good 5th place in the practices and I was very near to the leaders… In the first manche I had a contact with Searle and then I kept on riding, maintaining the same laptimes of the leaders, finishing 13th. In the Elite the gate didn’t go down properly and I didn’t have a good start, then a technical problem forced me to abandon the race… ”
