Thanks to the passion for manufacturing motorcycles with a Racing character that sets them apart, the experience derived from Motocross, Enduro and Supemotard Gran Prix and to its consistent development, TM RACING continuously updates its range with new 2012 models.
The rotating parts of the “4T” range have been significantly modified; its smoothness and acceleration speed has been improved, reducing frictions and increasing reliability. The settings that improve the power delivery curve in every section have been revisited on the 250 cc and 450 cc Cross and Enduro versions, thereby obtaining the best engine performance.
The “2009/2010 World Champion” SMX 450cc model has been updated driven by the experience of the Race Department, which has also made a large range of Racing accessories available to configure the motorcycle and make it very similar to the Official one. The 530 SMX will continue to be equipped with 41 mm carburator, but the ignition section will be updated.
MX and SMX “4T” models are available with electric starter (optional).
Also the 50 Marzocchi front suspensions have benefited from important modifications, in order to improve the sensitiveness of the compressor and return adjustments together with the preload spring.
Thanks to the experience of the TM Racing Official Team deriving from the Cross and Enduro Grand Prix, the new TM Factory rear suspensions can be requested as an Optional.
The renovated front fender has been redesigned for MX and EN models, with a more nervy and aggressive line and the possibility of increasing the air flow required for both the radiators and engine; The Enduro will be equipped with a new headlight mask and odometer.
Besides the TM official blue colour, a Black or White plastic kit can be requested only as spare part (Not for first installation). New graphics with highly Competitive style and a 3-colour livery, inspired by the Italian flag for the 150th anniversary of the Italian Unification.
The greatest innovation regarding the “2T” range is the new 125cc, which is equipped with TMEES (TM Electronic Exhaust System) and a newly designed cylinder and provided with a new treatment that reduces frictions.
The Kokusan ignition remains on all 2T models, with a lighter high-power flywheel, deriving from World Competition, which allows reaching the maximum rpm in less time. MX-EN-SMX-SMR and SMM 125cc, 144cc, 250cc and 300cc. models are all equipped with Kokusan ignition.
The rear swingarm has been also modified, using a new welding method that improves the connection of the rigid parts with the flexible ones. MX-EN-SMX models are always equipped with billet hubs, plates and rim, with 50 mm fork stems; on the other hand SMR and SMM models have billet hubs and rims, die cast plates and 45 mm fork stems (CNC plates and 50 mm stems are Optional).
All models are Euro 3 approved.
