Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
