The seventeenth season round went on in the United States at Jascksonville, a fast, very technical sandstorm. A two-faced weekend, Saturday raining and mud featured the qualifying day and Sunday the torrid heat has put the pilots tough.
Anton Gole in the timed trials gets a good 11th time that makes good hope for the afternoon qualifier.
Unfortunately, Anton can not get out of the gate well, and at the first lap he is over the 20th position, but Gorge has steadily recovered and managed to finish at the sixteenth place.
In the first run, he repeated the script on Saturday, Anton still fails to have the right feeling to leave well and this penalizes him a lot. Gorge went on a comeback that made him spend energy and closed 17th.
In Race 2 Anton Gole was very debilitated by the great heat and energy spent in the first run to try to bring home a good placement.
Anton still had a good pace that allowed him to take home other world spots thanks to the 16th place.
The world does not stop and next week it goes down the track again on the difficult track of Assen.
Marco Ricciardi commented on the weekend: “We are very happy to have run into the USA in this magnificent location, it was important for us to be present also for our new importer TM Racing America who has invited many dealers who have been able to see and to live the world’s emotion was also important because in 2018 we will launch the replica bike of Bernardini and Gole. For us, the American market is very important and we have had great feedback. “
