We arrived at the last match with the Motocross World Championship which was on the French circuit of Villars Sous Ecotè, as in the previous races the bad weather did not give way to the team Tm Factory Racing.
Rain has fallen over the weekend and the clay bottom made the track a hell.
Anton Gole is at ease on the French track and in the timed trials he gets a good 13th time. In the qualifying run after an easy start where he got caught in the middle of the group he managed to find his pace and ended in 18th place.
Sunday’s rain has fallen to some extent but has made the track very difficult, Anton in race 1 after a bad start has managed to find the right feeling with the muddy French track, Gole thanks to a good view of the race has recovered positions on positions going to cut the finish line to 12th place.
In race 2 Anton tried to show another good performance but due to some mistake too he could not do better than 18th place.
Anton Gole closes in 22nd place in the world rankings.
The Tm Factory team is already considering the next season and waiting for the return of the pilot, Samuele Bernardini, is already working towards 2018.
Marco Ricciardi: “It was a difficult season, in the first races with Bernardini we proved to be able to fight with our opponents after Samuele’s injury we continued with Anton although he had some difficulties he managed to make some good results. Now we start working to be ready for next season.”
