Returns to Sweden on the Uddevalla track for the 16th round of the Motocross World Championship, for Anton Gole is the home race and the public has supported it all weekend.
Anton on the Swedish track is at ease and from the free practice it turns out to be very fast.
In qualifying he gets a good tenth place, in the qualifying mamche on the way immediately hurts getting to the sixth position he manages to keep tight for most of the run. Anton keeps a good rhythm but to try to retrieve on the riders in front of him he makes some small mistakes by going to the 12th place.
The good result on Saturday makes good hope for the two Sunday runs.
Anton Gole is back in the lead for the first race, but unfortunately when he was in good shape, a contact with an opponent caused him to break the rear brake pipe. Anton had to raise his pace and closed in 17th place.
In Race 2 Gorge tried to improve the result but tiredness was made to feel and kept its rhythm throughout the run by bringing home a decent 16th place.
Two good results for Anton and Team Tm Factory before the US stop a little break to resume the energies after the season of the three races in August.
Mattia Guadagnini at his latest European show once again shows all his growth in this 2017-
Mattia in the first run after an easy start was forced to retrieve some position by closing in 13th position.
The second leg was excellent, where Mattia was constantly with the head of the group, seeing a good speed and a great constancy under the checkered flag closed in eighth place.
Mattia Guadagnini closes her first year in European 125 in 14th position.
Marco Ricciardi commented on the race “Finally, a race where we have Anton Gole proved to be able to play in the top ten, sin for the first-round problem, the road that is right now we have to prove the good work done in the next three races. Very happy for Morning that has shown great speeds and has always been improving in racing. We have a few days off and then we try to make the most of the trip to the USA.”
