The Supermoto World opens on the Albaida track in Valencia, a very technical track with a fantastic dirt track.
The Team Tm Factory presents itself at this event with its riders, Chareyre and Monticelli, in full form after the excellent results in the European Championship.
For the 2017 edition the world is disputed with the formula of the three runs and in the latter the first row is relegated to third with the pole position that becomes the ninth place.
On Saturday, under a sun burning by technicians and riders, Thomas Chareyre has once again made a glimpse of all his excellence, getting a terrific pole position, great Diego Monticelli’s fifth overall assists, unfortunately Diego is not Managed to find the perfect lap after having been third in the two rounds of free practice, Llados finished tenth.
At the race 1 Thomas was perfect and at the first bend took the reins of the race, Chareyre in the first round contained the opponents and then gave the decisive ripple by going to win with good margins. Monticelli kicked out of the fifth box recovered to third place.
In race 2 the script has not changed Thomas has staged another great start and with an incredible race pitch he took home the win with over 4 seconds of lead, Diego failed to start well and could not do Better than fifth place.
Last round of the day, Thomas Chareyre has to start from the ninth position and on a track where overtakes are very difficult for the French to prove once again to be the World Champion, third lap is already second and for all the rush we have Tried to pass Schmidt who was in the first position, Thomas did not risky and brought home thanks to the three excellent results the absolute rankings. Diego Monticelli finished third in the third place, but for only two points did not climb the podium.
Spanish Llados with three good races closed his weekend in 13th place.
The second and final race of the world will be held in August in Colombia.
